the Challenge
HAC was in need of a new modern and responsive website that was easy to navigate and allowed their clients, donors and volunteers to clearly understand and support their mission upfront.
Homepage Before & After
the Solution
After conducting research and a thorough review of the old website, an Information Architecture for the new website was designed. Next, I created comps to iterate through design options of a few key pages. Working with the VP of Strategic Initiatives, we used the comps I created to discuss strategy and execution of the remaining website. I worked with HAC to design, develop and launch their extensive WordPress website.

HAC was extremely happy with the end result of the new website. The brand refresh was well received and continues to strengthen as I work in partnership with HAC through other brand initiatives. I continue to maintain the website and work with HAC when they need significant additions and changes.
Michelle was a pleasure to work with on the complete redesign of the Housing Assistance website. She brought expertise in front-end design and content organization to help guide us, built the site architecture in a way that our internal team can manage, and continues to help us efficiently update the site as our programs evolve.
